NORTH ATTLEBORO - The second of two public hearings during Monday’s town council meeting was withdrawn by the lead petitioner.
The petition, led by resident and self-appointed taxpayer advocate Dick Kieltyka, requested a reduction in FY26 property taxes by $1.7 million.
Monday's hearing followed an earlier hearing requested by councilor Mark Gould and responses from residents and Town Manager Michael Borg.
