PLAINVILLE - A public hearing on Route 1 development continued at Monday’s meeting of the town's planning board.
Hatch Materials, currently at the top of the hill at 80 Washington Street, wants to move north to 128 Washington Street as part of new complex that would include a hotel, warehouse, office building, landscaping material storage and processing yard.
The site is next to the Peterbilt Truck Store and across from Apotho Therapeutics and Frankie’s Bistro.
Neighbors turned out in force Monday night to share their thoughts on the proposal.
