ATTLEBORO - The North TV staff provided North Attleboro and Plainville cable TV subscribers and northtv.net Insider subscribers five LIVE games in as many days last week.
We were in the King Philip gymnasium on Monday, September 9 for Bishop Feehan's 3-2 come-from-behind victory over the Warriors in vollyeball.
We were outside at KP the next day for Franklin's 4-1 win over the Warriors in girls' soccer.
Our scheduled girls' soccer game at Tri-County on Wednesday was cancelled due to the storage of materials for the new high school at the location where we would have produced our game coverage.
We were back in action the next night, however, with field hockey at North Attleboro's Beaupre Field where the Red Rocketeers were crushed by Canton 5-1
Our crews delivered two LIVE games at two fields Friday night.
North Attleboro leveled Lynnfield 21-6 to improve to 2-0 on the gridiron.
King Philip has also won their first two games after mashing Marblehead 40-13.
Our Player of the Week for week two of the fall season is Bishop Feehan's Charlotte Skulte.
The senior middle blocker, wearing number-12, had 14 kills and six solo blocks at the net in the Shamrocks' 3-2 volleyball win over KP to be named our Player of the Week.
