NORTH ATTLEBORO - It was officially called a “Joint Town Council and School Committee Public Meeting,” but it could have been called the “State of the Town Address,” similar to the “State of the Union Address.”
Town Manager Michael Borg delivered the presentation Monday night at the Woodcock School Administration Building.
