NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town Manager Michael Borg delivered the state of the town address during a joint meeting of the town council and school meeting Monday town in the middle school cafetorium.
The annual report on the town’s finances is held annually on the second Monday in January as required in the town charter adopted when North Attleboro residents voted to change their form of government from a select board and representative town meeting to a town manager and town council.

One of the changes to this year’s meeting was the addition of a second presentation. Borg’s update on the town’s financial situation was followed by a report by Superintendent of Schools John Antonucci.
