FRANKLIN - Masks and whether or not to require them when Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical high school students return on September 7 was discussed when the Tri-County Regional School Committee met Wednesday night.
New School Superintendent Karen Maguire presented to the board research she has conducted and read a letter she has drafted that would be sent to parents of students.
