PLAINVILLE - The final item on the 37-article annual town meeting warrant was the result of a citizen’s petition led by former select board member Stanley Widak and Sherry Minch, a former select board candidate.
The article called for a change in Section C-3-2 of Plainville’s charter to expand the number of select board members from three to five.
