NORTH ATTLEBORO - A South Washington Street resident appealed to the traffic study committee Tuesday to impose a 25-miles per hour speed limit on the busy street leading to and from downtown.
Former school committee vice chairman Kevin O’Donnell shared with the committee a history of the street and the reasons for the dramatic increase in traffic and speed.
