FRANKLIN - It’s no secret that school districts prefer to have middle school students attend their town’s high school.
Districts must reimburse charter and vocational-technical schools when eighth graders opt to attend those schools, often at a rate higher than they educate their own students.
The Tri-County Regional School Committee reviewed Wednesday night, during their monthly meeting, a state law that allows students to visit Tri-County and experience what the school has to offer.
