NORTH ATTLEBORO - It was yet another busy stretch for the North TV sports crew with four games in five nights last week.
We were at King Philip on Monday, February 5 for Attleboro’s 47-41 overtime win over the Warriors in girls’ basketball.
The New England Sports Village was the site of Bishop Feehan’s 6-0 of Arlington Catholic in girls’ hockey.
We were back in Wrentham on Thursday when the KP girls bounced back from the Monday loss in a big way over Milford 61-33.
And we ended the week in Franklin for boys’ basketball. Bristol-Plymouth topped Tri-County 64-57.
Our Player of the Week for last week had a monster night on the ice for the Shamrock girls. Freshman forward Georgia Murray, number-23, a North Attleboro resident, scored four of Feehan’s six girls to be named our North TV Player of the Week.
Georgia will receive a DVD copy of that game and a Player of the Week t-shirt in Bishop Feehan green.
We’ll announce our Player of the Week for week ten of the winter sports season next week at this time.
