PLAINVILLE - Scott Smith, the new veterans agent serving North Attleboro, Wrentham and Plainville, met the latter's select board Monday night at their semi-monthly meeting.
Smith, who was featured on North TV News earlier this month, was introduced by Town Administrator Brian Noble.
