NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town's health department is asking residents to take part in a survey to help determine how they can better serve them.
The Community Health Needs Assessment Survey includes 45 questions that should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
North TV visited North Attleboro town hall on Thursday to learn more from Director and Public Health Nurse Anne Marie Fleming.
