NORTH ATTLEBORO - The process is already underway in establishing a town budget for fiscal year 2023.
In addition to drafting the operating budget, Town Manager Michael Borg and department heads determine the capital projects they would like to take on during the year.
During a recent recording of his monthly show, “The Town Manager’s Report,” Borg explained how the projects are determined.
