ATTLEBORO - The state and Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Disaster Recovery Center is open to help local residents impacted by the severe storms and flooding that occurred last September.
North TV visited the site on the Bristol Community College campus in Attleboro on Wednesday to find out more about the services offered to residents and businesses impacted by last year's flooding.
