PLAINVILLE - Two days after presenting a five-year plan to pay the town's share of a new Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School, Select Board Chair Brian Kelly and Town Administrator Brian Noble were in the North TV studio for a recording of “The Chairman’s Report.”
Kelly detailed how the town will be able to pay for the project without the need for a debt exclusion.
