PLAINVILLE - Board of selectmen chairman Brian Kelly was on the North TV set Tuesday for a recording of “The Chairman’s Report.”
Topics included Plainridge Park Casino, the Apotho Therapeutics marijuana dispensary on Route 1, COVID's impact on services and revenue, the town’s water wells and the FY21 and ’22 budgets.
He also addressed the selectmen’s vote earlier this month to keep the tax rate for 2021 the same as this year and the impact that will have on homeowners.
