NORTH ATTLEBORO - Rats were, once again, a topic of discussion when the town's board of health met Tuesday night.
An issue with rats and trash, described as a “rat infestation,” at 446-448 Mount Hope Street was first discussed at the board’s meeting on January 11.
Director and Public Health Nurse Anne Marie Fleming addressed the issue again this week as part of her director’s report.
