NORTH ATTLEBORO - A dedication ceremony and ribbon-cutting for the new Roosevelt Avenue School playground was held Monday.
The project students have been dreaming about for decades became a reality when North Attleboro State Representative Adam Scanlon was able to secure $100,000 as part of the state budget.
Roosevelt Principal Jeannine Magliocco served as the master of ceremonies and officially open the playground by cutting the ribbon.

Monday’s ceremony will be shown in its entirety next month after North TV’s Salute to the Class of 2024 on our Education Channel: Comcast channel 9 and Verizon channel 22 in North Attleboro.
The June 10 Roosevelt Avenue School playground dedication is also available for streaming on the northtv.net website, a FREE service to all North Attleboro residents, and on North TV’s YouTube channel.
