PLAINVILLE - The economic impact of a 55 and over housing development proposed for Heather Hill Country Club was discussed during Monday’s meeting of the Plainville select board.
The Regency at Heather Hill would consist of nearly 400 units.
Director of Planning and Economic Development Taylor "TJ" Torres gave an update on some of the changes from the original proposal and then detailed what the development would mean to the town financially.
