NORTH ATTLEBORO - Rezoning 290 Allen Ave., the former Allen Avenue School property, from a residential district to a limited highway commercial district was on the agenda when the town council held their semi-monthly Monday night at town hall.
Town Manager Michael Borg told the council when he proposed the rezoning that doing so would make it easier to sell the property and give the town more say on future use.
