NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town’s bylaw subcommittee approved an amendment to modernize the town’s approach to backyard chicken keeping in recognizing the rights of residents to responsibly maintain the fowls on their own property.
The measure also establishes clear public health protections to address concerns from neighbors’ concern about rodents.
