NORTH ATTLEBORO - A measure sent by the town council to the finance subcommittee received a positive recommendation Wednesday night and will be back on the town council’s agenda when they meet again on November 17.
The measure would authorize the transfer of available funds from completed capital and operating projects to support a comprehensive compensation and classification study for all positions covered with the United Steel Workers and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees.
