NORTH ATTLEBORO - A public hearing on amending the town’s zoning map and bylaws for 290 Allen Avenue in preparation for selling the former Allen Avenue school was held during Monday night’s meeting of the town council.
A number of the approximately two dozen residents voiced their objections to councilors after Town Manager Michael Borg explained the benefits of rezoning the property.
