PLAINVILLE - The planning board held a public hearing Monday night on the application of Toll Brothers for a site plan review for the Regency at Heather Hill on West Bacon and Warren streets.
The special permits for this project were originally approved by the planning board in 2019 and modifications were approved on August 18.

The hearing was continued until after the first of the year.
