PLAINVILLE - Town Administrator Brian Noble gave members of the select board a review of the year that just ended and the state of the town during the board’s meeting Wednesday night.
The meeting had to be pushed back two nights due to Sunday and Monday’s snowstorm.

Earlier in the meeting, Town Clerk Cynthia Bush asked select board members to support her suggestion to opt out of no excuse early voting by mail for the April 6 town election.
