ATTLEBORO - More than a hundred people were on hand when local and state officials joined members of Sturdy Health for the ribbon cutting of the hospital’s new Cancer and Specialty Care building.
The first two floors of the three story, 60,000-square-foot, $60 million facility will house cardiovascular cardiology, gastroenterology, pulmonology and general surgery.
The third floor will be the home of hematology and oncology practices in collaboration with the world-renowned Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Sturdy Health CEO Aimee Brewer welcomed everyone and talked about the impact the new facility will have on healthcare in the area.
