NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town schools may soon be able to offer universal, free kindergarten.
The announcement was made by school superintendent Scott Holcomb to members of the school committee during the group’s hybrid meeting held in the lower level conference room at town hall.
A final decision will depend on funds available after a vote of the town council next month when they approve the town’s budget for the fiscal year starting July 1.
