PLAINVILLE - Residents will tackle 17 articles when they meet for a special town meeting at the Wood School a week from Monday, November 15.
Select Board Chair Brian Kelly and Interim Town Administrator Brian Noble recorded a special edition of "The Chairman's Report" at North TV on Monday to review the warrant.
Article 3 would move $1.8 million in free cash to the town’s stabilization account. The two men were asked how they would respond if asked to use the money for operating expenses.
