NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town Manager Michael Borg asked the town council Monday night for $350,000 in funds to buy a new front-end loader for the Department of Public Works.
The purchase would not require bonding or the use of free cash.
Money remaining after the competition of 16 capital improvements would be repurposed, instead.

North Attleboro resident Dick Kieltyka addressed the council earlier during the resident and community comment section of the meeting.
He voiced his frustration at not knowing where the $350,000 for the front-end loader was coming from.
