NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town council received details about an access road that would be built for construction vehicles should voters approve a debt exclusion on June 3 for a new high school.
The road would run on the side of the William Kelly athletic fields next to the middle school and would eventually be the main route into the campus, according to Construction Manager Steve Johnson.
