NORTH ATTLEBORO - Anyone who has ever been audited by the Internal Revenue Service or has been the liaison with your organization’s auditors knows the process is less than enjoyable.
The same applies for municipalities. Towns are required to undergo an annual audit and, quite often, recommendations are made on how to improve.
The news was good when the town council reviewed North Attleboro’s latest audit.
The report revealed that longstanding items, featured in past audits, had been addressed.
Monday's entire meeting can be seen through Thursday on North TV’s Government Channel: Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 23.
