NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town council’s approval Monday night of Town Manager Michael Borg’s strategies for American Recovery Plan Act money and Free Cash will require additional approval by the council when specific amounts are targeted.
Council President Justin Pare and Vice President John Simmons, during a visit to North TV on Wednesday, said they are impressed with the town manager’s approach to offer strategies before individual financial requests.
