NORTH ATTLEBORO - One of the owners of Angle Tree Brewery on Elm Street in the downtown voiced his frustration with the town’s licensing board during Monday’s meeting of the town council.
John Connolly had hoped to hold a beer garden as part of the Wednesday night farmer’s market.
Town councilors, who do not serve on the licensing board, spoke in support of Connolly.
