FOXBORO - King Philip’s goal of winning a second straight Division 2 Super Bowl title came up one game short.
The Warriors suffered their lone loss of the season last Friday night on the artificial turf at Gillette Stadium 39-21 to Catholic Memorial.
KP fell behind immediately when the Knights scored from 64-yards out on the first play from scrimmage.
It was an uphill battle the rest of the night for the Warriors, who closed out the season with a 12-and-1 record.
