NORTH ATTLEBORO - The Council on Aging board of directors heard from Town Manager Michael Bork Wednesday, during their monthly meeting, about space availability and the status of negotiations on relocating the senior center from the historic Howard Estate on Elm Street to the Emerald Square Mall on Route 1.
