NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town has a new veterans agent and its first director of facilities.
Timothy Chouinard was confirmed to the latter position by members of the town council Monday night, followed by Melissa Bingham.
Bingham is replacing replacing Stephen Travers, who retired last month.
Both candidates were introduced by Town Manager Michael Borg.
