NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town council started Wednesday’s semi-monthly meeting with a tribute to Richard Rogers, a former town special police officer, who was killed when his bicycle collided with a motor vehicle Friday morning, October 11, just after 11 a.m.
The accident occurred on South Washington Street in front of the Tristan Medical Urgent Care Center across from the CVS Pharmacy.
