NORTH ATTLEBORO - The potential of 336 apartments on the commercial property across from Shaw’s Plaza in the Falls section of town was on the agenda when the bylaw subcommittee met Thursday night.
The site that once housed the Balfour Company, CVS corporate offices after Balfour relocated to Texas, and both Answer is Fitness and Waters Church is being eyed for housing by the same developer constructing a 300-unit apartment complex at the former Stix Fun Center off of Kelley Boulevard near the Plainville line.
The property on John Dietsch Boulevard would have to be rezoned in order to build the apartments.

That meeting can be seen in its entirety on North TV’s Government Channel: Comcast channel 98 and Verizon channel 23 in North Attleboro.
