NORTH ATTLEBORO - The last item on the town council agenda Wednesday night resulted in a disagreement between Council President Justin Pare and Councilor Mark Gould.
Listed as “update: council town charter feedback” under new business, there was a difference of opinion over what could be discussed and when.
