PLAINVILLE - The elections in the two towns served by North TV are less than three weeks away.
Plainville voters will head to the public safety building behind town hall on Monday, April 3 to cast ballots in three contested races.
North Attleboro residents will cast their ballots the following day, April 4, at NAHS on Landry Avenue.
The North TV studio has been busy the past week and will continue to be through Wednesday with 28 candidates coming in for one-on-one interviews that will run on the Government and Plainville channels beginning March 27 through Election Day.
In addition, Plainville’s town hall will be the site of three debates this coming Thursday, March 23.
At 7 p.m., Daniel Amicone and incumbent Gregory Wehmeyer, the two men seeking the one seat up for grabs on the King Philip regional school committee, will debate.
Planning board candidates Tina Desprez and Thomas McHugh will follow at 7:30 p.m.
The evening will conclude with Maggie Clarke and incumbent Stan Widak debating in hopes of being a member of the select board for the next three years.
Plainville residents Kathy Parker and Luke Travis will ask the questions in all three debates LIVE on our Plainville Channel: Comcast channel 8. North TV Executive Director Peter Gay will moderate.
