NORTH ATTLEBORO - The snowstorms hitting the area this month followed by rain, overnight freezing and high winds challenged the department of public works in their efforts to clear out around town.
Ahead of this past storm, North TV Executive Director Peter Gay had the opportunity to ask Town Manager Michael Borg about the current state of the towns’ snow removal budget during a recent recording of "The Town Managers’ Report."
