NORTH ATTLEBORO - The first town council met for the final time Monday night in the lower level conference room at town hall.
A new council will meet in July to kick off the new fiscal year with Justin Pare as president and John Simmons as vice president.
It was also the final meeting for president Keith Lapointe, Michael Lennox and Julie Boyce. Lapointe and Lennox did not seek reelection while Boyce was defeated in her quest to serve a second two-year term.
