NORTH ATTLEBORO - The final out of spring sports’ regular season was recorded last Friday night, May 27, at Community Field when the Red Rocketeers clipped King Philip 3-1 in the battle of state tournament-bound teams.
Senior hurler David Floyd allowed only one hit in 6 1/3 innings, while striking out seven Warriors to be named our North TV North Attleboro Player of the Game.
Senior infielder Sean Sullivan had one of KP’s hits and scored their only run to be named our North TV King Philip Player of the Game.
David and Sean will each received personalized DVDs of Friday’s game, Player of the Game t-shirts in their school colors, and a North TV sports bag.
