NORTON - Sunday’s (August 18) final round of the Attleboro Area Golf Association championship resulted in the tournament’s first repeat winner since Davis Chatfield won in 2015 and 2016.
Patrick Joyce, finished in 286 strokes for his second consecutive title and a four-shot win over Mike Finocchi and Jared Winiarz at 290.
Tyson Laviano, who will be entering his senior year at North Attleboro High School in a few days, finished tied for fourth with Kevin Willwerth at 295.
Dan Bukoff, Chad Lareau and Ethan Sullivan were sixth at 296, and Jason Hindman and Brian Kronmiller were 10th at 297.
Joyce came to the 18th hole at Norton Country Club with a five-shot lead.
