NORTH ATTLEBORO -Â Registration for kindergarten students and children new to North Attleboro public schools entering first grade in September will begin on Monday, January 4.
This will be the first time that anyone can remember that there will be no in-person registration, a result of precautions put in place to stem the spread of COVID-19.
All registrations will be done online this year. Families without access to the Internet will be able to call the school department and register by phone.
The annual kindergarten information night has also been moved online and will be available on the schools’ website starting Wednesday, December 16 at 6 p.m. The video presentation is available to watch at any time after 6 o'clock on Wednesday night by going to naschools.net and clicking the words "Parents & Student" at the top of the website's homepage, North Attleboro public schools' Director of Curriculum Corrine Brems told North TV on Friday.
