NORTH ATTLEBORO - Officials honored longtime town employee and former town councilor JoAnn Cathcart Monday night by dedicating the refurbished lower-level conference at town hall in her name.
Cathcart, who suffered a spinal injury more than three years ago, attended the ceremony.
Town Manager Michael Borg and Council President Justin Pare spoke on behalf of the town.
