NORTH ATTLEBORO - Members of the board of health heard complaints about the relocation of dumpsters attracting rats from multiple residents during the semi-monthly meeting Tuesday night.
Peter Yochim spoke about dumpsters and rodents near the Meadows Apartments on North Washington Street.
Residents living on roads off of Jefferson Street near Route 1 and Falls Pond also expressed concern.
Complaints of rats spiked during COVID and still continue five years later.
