NORTH ATTLEBORO - Town officials and residents honored those who lost their lives while serving their country during a Memorial Day service Saturday in the Barrows Veterans Memorial Park on South Washington Street.
Brig. Gen. George “Chris” Hackler, deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, delivered the keynote address.
Hackler also serves as the senior commander of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center.
