NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town council plans on developing a strategy for $5.53 million in free cash from fiscal year 2023 and sent the information to the finance subcommittee for their input.
The goal will be to create category expenditures as guideposts for the money in line with the town council’s vision and strategic plan.

Tueday’s meeting was held in the James Rice Meeting Room at the Woodcock School Administration Building due to damage to the lower level of town hall during the September 11 flooding.
