NORTH ATTLEBORO - The town's election will be held three weeks from Tuesday, April 1.
Nineteen candidates are seeking the three two-year seats on the town council and three candidates hope to land one of the two three-year seats on the school committee.
North TV will host a series of specials leading up to election day.
The town council candidates will be featured in five specials in which they answer questions about specific issues.
The specials will premiere Monday night, March 24 on our Government Channel.
Our other special “One-on-One with the School Committee Candidates” will premiere that same night.
North TV will have live election night coverage a half-hour after polls close at 8 p.m.
As of Thursday night, the three school committee candidates agreed to be interviewed but only 10 of the 19 town council candidates had responded with the deadline to schedule nearing.
